Shipping + Returns Policy
US Shipping (1 - 3 business days)
- All orders are charged based on weight within the United States.
- All orders based on weight will be charged accordingly within the United States. (Please see below for rates)
- Please note that we generally ship all orders received before 12:00 PM EST on the same day and all orders received after 12:00 PM EST are subjected to ship next day. There may be shipping delays during any holiday season.
- We do not ship on Weekends, so any orders received after 12:00 PM EST Friday will ship on Monday.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
For all First Class Shipping orders please allow up to 1 - 3 business days delivery time.
For all Priority Expedited Shipping orders customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 1 - 2 business days. (not available on some items).
For all International Shipping, please allow up to 1 weeks for delivery time
If purchased from a retailer, the customer must return the item purchased to the store where purchased pursuant to the terms of the retailers return policies. The Geek Brand will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Geek (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:
Apparel: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.
Dietary Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, you may return any item purchased from The Geek Brand for any reason within ninety (90) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement. The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services.
How to Return an Item In Order To Receive Reimbursement
Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received, if available.
Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
Write “RETURN” on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned from the original order.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN.
Shipping is based on weight brackets up to 15lb, with additional rates for Alaska & Hawaii:

Our international shipping rates do not include local duties and taxes, this means your buyer will be responsible for paying any necessary taxes before delivery.
